What sticks out is the sheer concentration of talent that emerged from just 54 families in that era, doctors, engineers, and artists all from the same small neighborhood. It's a reminder that mixed-income, ethically diverse communities can produce remarkable outcomes when basic infrastructure and educaton are in place.
